Once upon a time a lovely wee couple consulted with an architect to bring to life their ideal home across from the seaside in the community of West Bay. It was very much a Goldilock's request from the owners...Not too big, not too small, not too ostentatious but certainly not too plain. Just under 2,300 sqft. with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms was the final outcome. So big enough to live, but not so big that you are inundated with visitors! Now some 43 years later, these owners have decided it's time to hand over the reigns to the next discerning couple.
